As a supplement to other sports activities that I am dedicated to doing,
yoga helps my balance and recovery from the stresses and strains
that I experience. --Craig L.

My left arm is becoming more equal to my right arm - a problem from
surgery on the left side. Yoga keeps my left arm very
stretched and flexible. --Linda S.

My balance, flexibility and overall strength has
improved, as well as focus. --Mary R.

I had severe pain in my right buttock/hip area, it was so debilitating - I
sometimes missed work. It has improved about 95% It returns
if I skip too much yoga. --Anna L.

I now have a much better understanding of where my bodies "trouble spots"
are and how they effect all parts of my body. --Robyn R.

Since the balance of my workout routine is heavy cardiovascular
in the form of Spinning, Yoga is where I choose to do
my strength training. -- Roger P.

About 3 years ago my Dr. said I had arthritis in my hips, sent me to
physical therapy and told me to consider hip replacement surgery.
I went to a chiropractor and then started Yoga. I have felt really good
ever since and no longer have the pain in my hip joint that at some times
didn't allow me to even walk! -- Cynthia M.

I have become for more flexible than when I first started Yoga.
Yoga has increased my strength and flexibility that no other program
has

I have osteoarthritis in both knees that prevented me from
climbing stairs, but those are not a problem now. --Tina K.

It seems obvious to say this, but I've gotten stronger throughout
my entire body. Although as I write this, I realize that a lot people out
there think yoga is "just a simple stretching class," so maybe it's not
that obvious. I've noticed strength being built in places I
never thought
about before. --Rebecca B.
