Unlike other workout classes, I never think about anything else when

When I first started Yoga w/Toni she told me that "I practiced Yoga Angry".
I would try to get into the Yoga poses and when my body failed
to get into the perfect Yoga pose - I'd become angry with my
body and try harder, which of course made things worse.
She has taught me that I must be kind to my body, not
expect it to be perfect, but to work with what I have and
